I am a native of Nashville, TN.  I attended Metro Davidson County schools as a child, and I an an alumnus of Fisk University, where I am in my junior year working on a Bachelor Degree in Sociology.  I have a fond interest in learning about the needs of today's society, and I feel that it helps me be a better advocate and troubleshooter on behalf of my real estate clients.

I am married to the handsome and talented Michael E. Storey, Jr., who grew up in Nashville, TN, too.  Michael is an actor, writer, singer and martial artist.  But, first and foremost, he is a Christian, husband, father and friend.

Michael and I are parents to an 11-year-old (?), a baby daughter and a busy three-year-old son, who is always exploring and endlessly chattering.  The three of them are very adventurous, as our toddler's handprints are often visible on every single one of our windows!

My mother purchased her first home when I was 14 years old.  This meant a lot to me because we spent the majority of my childhood moving from place to place.  As a first-time home buyer, my mother had no clue what she was doing.  Realtors and lenders seemed to speak a foreign language.

As an adult, I became intrigued by the entire home buying process, so I began voraciously reading every real estate related book I could find, poring over literllly thousands of pages. 

During the last trimester of my pregnancy with my third child, I enrolled in a real estate licensing course, in addition to my full-time class schedule at Fisk.

Now, I work as a real estate professional because I have a genuine passion for assisting people who are in the midst of a hugely important and complicated process.  My love for helping others, as well as having an understanding of different societal issues and education in real estate, provide me with great credentials.  I work to share my expertise with each client to make the home buying or selling process as painless as possible.

I love working in a dynamic community and with an exceptionally well-educated and sophisticated population.  When a client decides to purchase a home in the area, I enjoy guiding that person through such an important and exciting process, whether it is a first-time buyer or a veteran home owner.

When it comes time to relocate out of this area or move to a different home across town, I look forward to helping my clients get top dollar for their homes, while also working to ensure that each transaction progresses smoothly and expeditiously.
