Angelia brings four years of living in Middle Tennessee and a varied professional background  to Beck & Beck Real Estate.  She is an ardent investor in the Nashville housing community, where she has just completed her fourth rehab.

Angelia has either owned or rehabilitated over 15 houses in three states, and she knows how to buy, sell, market and stage a home to sell!

Her husband, Bob, is an executive at Dell, Inc., in Nashville, and they have three children ranging in ages from 9 to 14.  Angelia and her family enjoy traveling, outdoor activities and spending time together.

The Balgemanns are very active in the community as members of First Baptist Church, where Angelia and Bob serve as volunteer relief workers when needed.
